Just run a thin wire to the nearest good piece of track. As long as there is
electrical continuity, all will be fine. In this case you will need to join
to both pieces of track that used to be connected to the pad. Scape the
solder mask away with a razor, and use thin wire - perhaps 2 strands from a
multi-strand hookup wire twisted together.
