Hmm...
I have both, but have never tried them side by side. There are some
similarities in terms of generating pseudo-random
melodies/patterns/voltages, but they are different in how they go about
it. I think of the BZ as a kooky analog sequencer generating its own
output, whereas the infinite melody takes an input voltage and
processes it into pseudo-random variations.
