I just tested the output of the ca3140, and it sounds fine at all
frequencies.. just like the VCO. I guess the issue, if there is one,
is w/ the 4024. Its divided outputs definitely aren't lower
frequencies. It just puts little gaps in the sound relative to the
frequency it is getting. When running a low freq into it, the lower
divisions give pulses of sound, but each pulse is the same tone that
the OSC is outputting. It is definitely an interesting effect. Im
just not shure if it is correct.
