Ummm.. maybe I should have mentioned I made the mod that is in the
file section.. posted by Dave Brown. I have removed the mod and built
the circuit as it should be, and the sub osc seems to work the way it
should. The oscillations do stop at lower frequencies, but the filter
doesn't do much to the sound when its just pulsing a couple of times a
second, anyway.
The high frequencies are still very quiet. Its like they are being
low pass filtered.. I guess this is a filter, after all. I suppose,
to use it as a vco, I could build the rest of the VCO circuit on a
prototybe board (just the tl072 and a few other components) to get the
saw output.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
