Cgs synth

With lower freq stuff it doesn't seem to matter too much. I used a
3.3uF non-polarized cap on one, two polarized 2.2uF caps back to back
on another. I got the idea from an LFO in Barry Klein's book, which I
think used two 1 uF caps back to back. For a faster range, I would try
the default cap value x 10. Since you're working with a utility LFO,
there's probably no hard and fast rule as to what will work best.
