Re: Digital Noise Issue!!!

2006-08-20 by sasami@hotkey.net.au

It isn't an MC4046 or a 74xx4046 (where xx will be some other letters) is
it? If so, you have the wrong chip.

for shorts, wiring issues and the like with no discoveries. Any ideas?

the LED for DS 1 only lights up when I plug a jack into the output socket.
Weird. DS 2 LED flashes just fine with no jacks plugged in.

know the issue is only with the clock section, but the "lighting only when a
jack is plugged in" activity of DS 1 LED makes me wonder about other problems.

points to ground the jacks and speed pot. Should I be using the GND points
by DS1 specifically for something. As it stands, they are unused.
