Cgs synth

It isn't an MC4046 or a 74xx4046 (where xx will be some other letters) is
it? If so, you have the wrong chip.

know the issue is only with the clock section, but the "lighting only when a
jack is plugged in" activity of DS 1 LED makes me wonder about other problems.
