Base 1 pot CCW end goes to 0V as well. This is so the pot forms a voltage
divider. Normally the F connection goes to the through jack, so it
accurately follows the input. Adding the pot messes thing up, so we will
save the trhu function for the BASE2 input. So no connection to thru here.

No. Base 2 jack goes to a 100k resistor (ordinary resistor) and the thru
jack. The other end of the resistor goes to pin 2 of the first chip.
Note: Base 2 is a direct input. The pot does not affect it.

>The same applies to CV mod 1/2.

The CV MOD 1 is wired to a pot in much the same way.
The CV MOD 2 is wired to two normal 100k resistors. The other end of one
resistor goes to pin 13 of the first chip. The other end of the second
resistor goes to pin 6 of the first chip.

The top half is upside down.

Correct.

Corrected:
>pad A - TOP
>pad B - UP4
>pad C - UP3
>pad D - UP2
>pad E - UP1
>pad F - Not used this time.
>pad K - DOWN1
>pad J - DOWN2
>pad I - DOWN3
>pad G - DOWN4
>PAD H - BOTTOM
