You could also put these files in the files section of the club. or even
email them to me and I will put them up on the site (assuming you don't mind).

Not really. I ended up leaving the switch out on all of mine. The switch
only serves if you want to switch in a preset glide, and switch it out
again. Turning the pot down kills it quite effectively without the switch. A
switched pot would be pointless, unless it is of the push/pull on/off type.
