As has been mentioned numeroust times on this list (and this is a message to
EVERYBODY) do NOT use any CMOS chips with part numbers starting with "74xx4"
in any CGS design unless that part number is specifically given.
CGS designs usually run the CMOS chips from 15 volts. 74xx4xxx chips are
restricted to 5 volts, or in some cases 6 volts.
Ignore any git of a salesperson who tries to tell you otherwise.
