I will pipe up here, the Master Divider was one of the last things I built from Ken (and yes I bought the pcb), I was a little intimidated by the module at first which is why I held off ordering it for some time, just confused about the whole module (those damn rotaries and different phases, I was a newbie haha excuses).
Now I will never part with it, it should be in anyone's home who loves the Burst Gen, Pulse Divider, Gate Comp, Seq Switch etc...
Throw in a clock and get multiple pulse divisions out in different phases.. I love this module.

"Aren't available at the moment pending a decision." is closer to the mark.
I've only ever sold about 20, so that's a lot of money to tie up in stock
that doesn't move, so I have yet to decide whether to kill it or give it
another go. One thing I was thinking of doing was shortening the number of
stages, and providing all with the four phases out. For longer division
sequences, it would be a simple matter to use two in series.
This of course means I need to make time to do so. It won't be for this run
of PCBs whatever the case, as it is already full of higher priority boards.
