CGS 64 VCA: 47 pF Cap: Is ceramic ok ? what kind of trimmers ?

Hello,
1.) I have the 47pF Caps only in ceramic. Is this ok ?
2.) What Trimmers are recommended ? 1Turn or precision ones ?
