Hi
I am willing to help but am unsure of your project
Are you combining a Sequential Switch with a Seq/Programmer?
On reflection, this is probable cause by the LED
their own self protection, the resistor can go between power( for +V)
and anode or ground and cathode, you only need one but it must be there.
that it is difficult or wrong, just non-standard.
outputs of whatever is driving the pots?
help a lot. post it in files
cheers
Andrew
