Cgs synth

Thanks very much Ken.

There's continuity between the 4070 pin 8, and the 4024 pin 12, and I replaced the jumper that's in the path just to make sure it wasn't those joints.

There is also some anomalous behaviour in the div4 outputs. instead of being properly offset in phase, 3C & 2B go high/low together, and 3A & 2D go high/low together 180 degrees offset from 3C & 2B.

The div8 and div16 outputs appear to be working fine.
