Thanks Richard and Ken. Unplugged power pin resistance measures 5K and 58K. No backwards chips. What else would cause the excessive load?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
