CGS 09 question

Hi Ken and all

I am about to finish CGS09 VC Divider.

Can you please tell me what goes in the two blank spaces above and below the BEAD closest to the 0.156 4 pin connector.

From the picture it looks like ceramic caps , are they just 100n ceramic decoupling caps ?
