Cgs synth

You need a 1k 3300ppm tempco. That IS what the part is. Yes, it's for
temperature compensation. This one
http://www.elby-designs.com/contents/en-us/p145.html will do the job. It is
what I use. Other synth DIY sites may also sell them.
