Hello Fuyuhiko,
Tempco resistors are special; you can buy them in small quantities from
these places:
http://www.elby-designs.com/contents/en-us/p145.html (a
well-recommended friend of Ken Stone's, who makes the CGS)
http://www.bridechamber.com/Hard_2_Find_ICs.html (very reliable)
http://www.musicfromouterspace.com/ (click on "Synth-DIY" and then
"Metal Film +3300 Tempco" under "Electronic Components" - a great guy to
deal with)
http://www.magsmoke.com/tempco-resistors.asp (sometimes they can be
quite slow to respond if they're busy)
If you're ordering larger quantities there are other options, but it
doesn't sound like you need that many.
There is general (but not unanimous) agreement that 3500ppm is near
enough to 3300ppm for synthesizer use so don't worry about that mismatch.
There are two excellent forums you should check out for more information
- electro-music.com and muffwigglers.com. Click through to the "DIY"
sections of each one for a wealth of information - thousands of hours of
reading!
Cheers,
A.
