Bipolar (BP) and non-polar (NP) are different names for the same thing,
and *must* be used where the schematic says so. Regular electrolytics
with + and - markings on them will screw up or explode if used there.
You can use two back to back regular electros, as others said, but
there probably won't be room on the PCB...

I agree with Ove - "non-polar" is a better description than bipolar -
it's clearer what's going on.

The poly (polyester) ones I mentioned are square-ish box capacitors
that are normally a little bit bigger than regular polarised
cylindrical electros of the same value. As they are non-polar, they can
be subbed in, if they will physically fit.

Otherwise just go for regular electrolytic NP or BP. Slightly more
searching needed to get them from your usual supplier, but they're out
there....
