Ended up being a solder bridge between C and + buss wires , thanks Ken. Working fine. Now for the other Buss wiring...

I finished one side of the Programmer on the COA#3 panel , powered it up , then realised i had only connected the wipers on all of the pots (no CW , no CCW connected) on the last 'A' board before the 'B' board. I have since soldered all pot lugs.
The panel isn't advancing when i put the Output of a cycling DUSG in the UP or DOWN jack. The lights on each row don't light when i hit the press buttons and one step's (first vertical row) light is permanently lit with no change when i hit the press buttons or feed it a signal.
Is it likely i've blown something ?
