Here is what Tony Allgood said about this on the Oakley list --

Once upon a time the TL07X were lower noise versions of the TL08X types.
The 08X types had lower offsets, so you would need to weigh up which
spec was more important to you. Inevitably, the the 07X series ended up
being used for audio.

But, I don't think there is a difference these days. Both devices appear
to have the same spec. TI [and others] just badge up the same part with
the different names to keep the company buyers happy.
