Pot terminology

Just to confirm, when you refer to th eCW or CCW end of a pot,
which point of view are you using:

a. from the user end, looking down the shaft,
b. from the constructor's end, looking from behing the front
panel?

Also, is anyone good at trouble shooting? I'm still trying to get
my VCO to work.

Cheers

This one. Additionally CCW (all the way down in guitar speak) causes
little or no resistance rom pin 1 to the wiper pin 2, CW (that's on
11 dude, in guitar speak) causes little of no resistance from pin 3
to wiper pin 2.
