bandwidth filter ---is the link necessary

bandwidth filter ---is the link necessary

directly next to where the beads go on the cgs30 pcb, theres a link.

i'm stacking a bunch of bandwidth filters and are wondering whether it
is necessary to make the link on each of the lower stacked pcb's.

As for the top pcb, where a wire runs from one of the holes of the
link to the dc mixer, does this (cgs30)still need the link.

and, to add to my evolving knowledge, WHY?

cheers
Grant

That connects the DC mixer to the power. The power is already linked between
the bandpass boards, so, no, you do not need to run a wire like that to each
bandpass board.
