Cgs synth

There are "shorting" and "non-shorting" rotary switches.

Which one should I use for the 'length' control on my Gate Sequencer?
Or doesn't it matter?

Hi Andrew!

You need the non-shorting variety. Otherwise you'd never go beyond
the first clock pulse! Kinda like how my morning is going...
