Gate Sequencer CV Adapter question

Gate Sequencer CV Adapter question

2007-05-20 by Andrew

Can the Gate Sequencer CV board be hooked up to the step outs of a
Sequential Switch? (in order to add some extra rows of CV sequencing)

Or is the buffer circuit on the Seq Switch already enough to support
the load?

I want to make an 8 step 4 row sequencer using a Seq Switch and several
8 channel mixers. Looking at the Seq Switch circuit, it looks like
there may enough buffering already (?)

thanks for any thoughts :)

The Seq switch buffers will drive the mixers without problem

If you are hard wiring, you can connect your mixer inputs straight to the
emitters of the BC547 transistors.

If you are doing this patch with patch-cords, due to the variations in
loading caused by connection and removal of module inputs, you would want to
make sure all of your connections were made before you start tuning .
