This is what I bought. $17.00 for ten including shipping.

Don't forget that you'll need 270r, 2W resistors as well. Shipping
took over a week but all was well and I'm pleased with my purchase.
Worked like a charm off the bat in the one board I stuffed with it!

I think you meant to type 1/2W, although 1W might be a better choice
if it fits.

He meant 2W. That is what is specified on the circuit diagram.

Well, if it all went through that point, I'm thinking 15V at 50mA is 3/4W.
