Cynare Noise issues...

Cynare Noise issues...

2009-12-31 by zasabo

Hi,

Please bear with me as this is my first build and I am new to synthesizers in general, altho not new to electronics...

I just finished the Cynare, I get a steady tone when I turn the envelope dial to the left(negative i think) it starts as I hit 0 and get more intense the farther left I go. When it's in this state I can adjust the sound with the VCF Freq and Res Dials.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Dave Ross

I think I was just pushing it into self oscillation. Does this make sense? like I said, I'm pretty new to this, Besides playing around with Reason for a number of years, and having fun with my microKORG, which after about 5 years I amd still finding new things it can do.

Thanks anyways...
Dave

Yes, the filter will resonate like that.
