Well, I have my first CGS module up and running and have two more so
close I can taste it. So I figured it was time I joined up with this
group.

For those who don't know me from the MOTM, Oakley, or Synth DIY
lists, I will introduce myself.

My name is Larry Hendry. I live near Indianapolis IN, USA. I am a
high voltage specialist and have been in utility work for 27 years.
5 years ago about the time Paul Schreiber started MOTM, I started
building myself a modular synth. Today is is composed of MOTM,
Oakley, Blacet, a little PAiA (vocoder and reverb) and now finally
some Cat Girl Synth stuff. I had little dot com stuff, but sent it
packing (not my cup of tea).

I have been playing music for about 40 years. However, my talent
level has never led me to believe I coud ever do it professionally.
But, I have played in bands (mostly dance) on and off since I was in
Jr. High school.

I am 1/2 of a partnership with Dave Bradley that runs the internet
business Stooge Products. We sell custom made screened front panels
(MOTM matching format) for synth modules, PCB mouting brackets and
other useful products trying to fill in the gaps of products not
supplied by other vendors. In fact, we now offer 4 front panels for
CGS products. All are custom ordered. We do not stock these items.
I can see we will be adding more CGS modules to our front panel line
as I see some on Ken's list that I just "must" have. :)

My first completed CGS module is the Wave Multiplier. This is a fun
little module. I have already abused it significantly. I had a lot
of fun running 3 VCOs into it. One in the normal path, and one each
in the fold and offset CVs. Interesting modulaing effects. Great
job Ken! This will entertain me for some time. Special thanks to
Ken for all the great documentation at his site. Supurb job.

OK, I've rambled long enough. Great to be here.

Hi Larry,
Cool ideas on the Wave Multiplier - thanks! It's been one of my favorite
modules, too, but I never thought of that sort of abuse - I'll have to give
it a try.

Cheers,
Scott
