22M resistors in CGS77 VCF

22M resistors in CGS77 VCF

2013-08-13 by Stephen Richards

Hi Ken

I'm building some more of these for my 70's Serge (dmitri) panels.

I don't have 22M resistors this time , what is the general opinion about omitting them ? Do i have to remove the 100K and 15K as well or can they stay in ? (They are already installed).

I've seen a couple original Serge filters with the 22M omitted. They just
apply a hint of bias to the OTAs. I think they are there to stop the filter
closing up completely at the lowest end of its range. The other two
resistors can be left there.
