HI I got a VCS here that stops cycling when the fall pot is turned past a certain point. did the value changes on the web page & schematic but still the same behavior. Any suggestions? The guy who bui8lt it used some overly nice caps for the 47pfs'. Difficult to read but i think they say 473 which would be 47nf...

Quite so! Try dealing with that first, as it would certainly limit the speed.
