CGS64 output level

CGS64 output level

2014-03-02 by antoni_capelli

Yeeeah!

im almost done with the Bog! and it's a lot of fun to play with; just get into more accurate calibration now.

i did the -5/+5v mod for the VCOs, and straight to the vca i have 2vpp max at the output, i've used a ls312 for the dualNPN, "

cv init: OK /silence < 2vpp/
offset and cvrej don't do anything

both of my vca are doing this.

thanks for help,

anthony

They should do something, but it is "subtle".

1) With nothing connected to the inputs, Offset should be able to trim the
output to 0V.
2)With a CV being fed it, CV Rej should be able to trim any offset at the
output to 0V.

Has to be done in that order.

If you need more gain, increase the two 130k resistors in the output stage
to 270k. That will double the output level.

i did it, thanks! the offset was moving up & down, now it's fixed to zero;
and i'm able to boost the gain if needed: perfect!
don't know if it's me, but i had a trace issue on both circuits between the crossing: 82K (not the K side) and 47K leading to 3904;

thanks again
