2n4856 substitute for vco?

2n4856 substitute for vco?

could not find one of these.
what specifications should i consider when choosing a substitute?
here in japan, the most common are 2sk125, 2sk170 an 2sk30.

You are looking for low RDS on and high switching speed. I regularly use a
less than optimal FET in the VCOs without problems though. 2sk30 has been
known to be used in VCOs so may be a good choice.
