Simple Wave Folder

2004-04-02 by Mike Marsh

Hey All -

In case you haven't yet heard, this little guy is the total bomb. A
veritable cornucopia of timbre eminates from the OUTs using a
triangle in.

I've got a panel coming that I will use to front the SWF, and Oakley
LFO and Ken's DC Mixer. The idea is to mix the LFO out and the audio
to give some animation. I do this now with Tony's Multimix and an
external LFO and it sounds great!

I'll take pics and sample an MP3 when it's all put together.

Mike

BTW, I'm using STooge Larry's single pot panel brackets to mount
Ken's tiny boards. Works great!

100% agreement! It folds in different ways than the Wave Multiplier,
so they kind of complement each other. It's an amazing little
circuit.

I like your implementation!

I took two copies of the Vactrol frequency control circuitry from the
Buchla 291 Bandpass filter and used them to control the amplitude and
DC offset of the incoming audio, and it sounds dynamite.

Thanks again to Ken.....

Cheers,
Scott
