Synthacon pot values?

Synthacon pot values?

2004-05-20 by earthtodylan2000

I'm getting closer to finishing my first cgs module. Bought the
faceplate today. Now jacks and pots.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Frequency=100k ohm audio

Resonance= 1k ohm audio

HP}
LP } inputs 100k ohm linear each
BP}

Level= What do you all suggest?

Should I buy the 2.5mm or 3.5mm jacks if I have a
Blacet/Frak-Rack system? They use 1/8 inch plugs.

And is it difficult to add the "all pass" input even though it's a
different circut then the Cyndustries version?

Thanks.

Linear, not audio

probably not critical, but, I use linear.

100k to 200k

3.5mm.

Just plug the same signal into all three inputs at once using a multiple
jack. That's how the all pass was first done. Cynthia's just uses a bunch of
op-amp summers to give one extra jack.

Regarding these potentiometers for HP/BP & LP, do they need to be
put in series with the 47k resistors ?

thx,

Wire them as standard input attenuators.

signal in to CW end. Wiper to input of filter. CCW end to 0v/gnd
