After going through the manual the only thing I came upon that would do that is the Midi Panel Switch: Lower Function-Cassette-8. It will send parameter and program changes to another Polaris or a computer. I'm not sure if it will send like how a sysex dump would do because I've never tried it. There's also the sending of a program: Lower Function-Cassette-12, but once again not sure if that's what you're after. I'm going to try these the next chance I get to see if it winds up as sysex or something else. Sorry for the rather basic response, I'm learning as we speak.
