Rhodes Chroma Polaris

Hi guys!
Please somebody can explain me how does it function the Link mode
(Upper, Unison & Lower) on the Polaris?
I have no owner manual :-( ,and I don't understand the way to use
them.
Another question:
In my Polaris the Bend Lever it seems to functions upside-down!
When I push it toward the panel the pitch go down.
On the other direction the pitch raise.
(In other synth ,normally, it's reversed.....).
