Hi Artur,

I had a slightly similar problem. Every third key I pressed was either not heard or 
louder than the rest. What I did, was to select a sound with long decay and hold the 
3rd key. Knowing that a sound should be generated, I used the very unprofessional 
way of bending of and tapping on printing boards. It turned out that the filterboard 
was in need of some serious soldering. After having resoldered nearly every contact 
the problem was gone. 
Maybe it's just one of the CEM3328's. You could try to swap the one of the 2nd voice 
with one of another voice and see it the second voice remains the problem
