Hi, It sounds like you may have a blown capacitor in the keyboard itself. Chances are the capacitor for the "stuck" note is bad and needs to be replaced. Your best bet is to locate it and replace it and see if that fixes the problem. If it does, you should go ahead and change all the capacitors for the keyboard, because they will eventually blow. You also mentioned changing the caps in the power supply. If the power supply caps were bad, then you may have had excessive voltages going out to the DS2's circuits. This could certainly cause other capacitors to fail. Just one more reason why I suspect you have a bad cap in the keyboard. I don't know what could be causing your popping noises.
