Datacolor User to User Support Group.

i got myself a printfix pro suite and have been trying to calibrate my
monitor and get printer profile.  until now i haven't got correct
results.  i've acquired help from technical department of colorvision
but the instructions they've been giving me still doesn't give the
correct results.  my print and monitor doesn't match at all. 
actually, it's even far from being close.

has anyone use this product?  has anyone encountered same problems?
