Dear David: I can't tell you how much I appreciate your help. I am happy to know that I can use PrintFIX Plus with my printer. Your explanation about how to use it is very clear. I will give it a go and see what I can do to bring my equipment into closer agreement. I may be back with more questions, such as how do I get my office set-up, which is an exact duplicate of my home set-up (new iMac and Canon MP800), to be in agreement! Thanks again.
