Raw printer color can be quite unexpected. Once you are sure your printer isn't clogged, and that your settings are correct, I wouldn't waste much time pondering raw output, or comparing non-color managed target files in PFP with color managed images of the target in Photoshop. There is no direct relationship there. Build the profile, print the test image from the Print Preview screen at the end, and see what you get.
