Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Hope i can get an answer quickly, so if you know, please take a 
moment :)

After much searching i decided the NEC 1980sxi was the best buy i 
could manage at this time (having just gone new printer, new archival 
supplies from paper and ink to foam mounting, ProFix, Qimage, argg! 
sure eats up $ :)

BUT it appears that monitor has been replaced by the 1990sxi??? is 
this true? is the 1990 still as good a monitor for photo processing? 
is there a better buy in that price range?  [i am assuming the nec is 
still a better bet than the viewsonicVX922 which i can practically 
steal :)
