Thanks Mike! Have tried it briefly and works like a charm - nice and 
simple & no hassle  :=) I will use this tool often! 

As has been mentioned here earlier GretagMacbeth has a little piece 
of freeware that can do the same comparison, and its also in Mac 
version :

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
