Datacolor User to User Support Group.

I just got my PrintFixPRO a couple of days ago. Yesterday I printed 
the 225 patch target and let it dry overnight. I measured the target 
and let it build the profile. Immediately after, there was a pop-up 
with this message:

"PrintFix PRO couldn't create a printer correction from the profile 
that was just created. PrintFix PRO will now quit (please report the 
error!).

PrintFix PRO doesn't quit. Whenever I click on any button on the next 
screen, I get the same pop-up message.

This happened twice in a row. I then checked the drivers for the 
graphics card, and found that there were new ones available. I 
installed the new drivers, recalibrated and profiled the monitor, and 
then measured the target again. Same as earlier. 

What is happening?

Win2K SP4, Mitsubishi Diamondcrysta RDT178V LCD monitor (calibrated 
with Spyder2PRO), integrated Intel 82865G Graphics Controller

I hope someone will chime in, though I expect everyone is in the 
holiday mood :)
