Datacolor User to User Support Group.

My beta version of PFP 2.0 (PFP_20b4)expired. I downloaded the final 
version and installed it, put in my serial number, and all that 
seemed to go without difficulty. 

However, when I try to read a target which I printed out using the 
beta version, I find that the screen "Read Patches" is all grayed 
out. I'm sure there's a simple remedy for this somewhere, but I 
haven't found it in the Help files.

The OS is Win XP Pro with SP2 installed.

The previous versions of PFP were removed from the computer before 
installing v 2.0

Spectro was disconnected from computer before installing v 2.0, and 
after installation it was reconnected to a powered USB hub. This hub 
works fine with a couple of other pieces of hardware. The connection 
light for the Spectro is on.

I'm stuck. How do I proceed?
