As for support; the best way to get help is from the support ticket system on the Colorvision.com website. They are a bit shorthanded at the moment (Macworld and CES are both happening at once!), but they will get to your ticket, even if you left it by phone. The first tier phone support people may not get all the necessary info, so its important to leave an email address to allow for effective ticket processing. C.
