Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Hello,
I just purchased Print Fix Pro and am trying to use the 
Spectrocolorimeter on the test target but when I push down the top of 
the unit on the paper nothing happens. I tried two USB ports and they 
there is a sound when I plug it in and and take it out but there is not 
a reading. Is there supposed to be a light on in the unit when you push 
down the top? I could not find any help on what to do if you don't get 
a reading. Does anyone have any ideas?
