OK you're new to this sort of thing. I highly recommend you read the help files at each step in printfix pro when making your profiles untill you understand it better. Can't help you with the pull down menus as I've never had that problem. What type of monitor, LCD or CRT. If CRT then luminance of 100 is ok but for LCD I think it should be lower. What are the ambient light conditions? bright, dark? What type of room lights? Incandesant, florescent?
