Profiles are not displayed in lists via the external file names, but from internal name data instead. When you manually rename a profile externally, you do not change the names they will be viewed by in lists, and cause considerable confusion. We would need to add a specific "rename" function to PrintFIX PRO for you to be able to sort and organize profiles from within PFP. At the moment, an external profile renaming utility would need to be used instead.
