When I go to Measure withing PFP in the Windows version I don't see
anyway of saving this data in a form that can be saved ( such as for
use with QTR etc). The interface looks different than my OSX version
and I can't find out where this info is actually stored, if at all.


You need to select density as the chosen mode, and create an export log. This log will end up in the Export folder, just as it does no a Mac. The dialog boxes on both OSes should look pretty much the same, with the same wording and options (though all your folders are in different locations with different OSes, or course). If not, are you using the latest Windows version?
