They are all the same Spyder, its just more advanced software, with more 
options and features, in the higher priced versions. If you need to calibrate a 
digital projector, or tune the matching of side by side monitors, then 
Spyder2PRO is needed. If you just want to chose from the more common gamma and 
whitepoint options, then Spyder2 will do the trick. If you want push button 
calibration with   no options on a single monitor per computer, to the most common 
standard, than Spyder2express will suffice.
